SWB was founded in 2022 to close a specific gap: most window security bars on the market either do not fit non-standard openings or cannot be released from the inside in an emergency. The telescopic modular design and the inside quick-release exist to solve those two problems.

He led engineering on all three SWB models — Model A (telescopic), Model B (wall-mount), and Model A/EXIT (fire-safe quick-release) — with a single constraint: a homeowner with a standard drill must be able to install correctly in one afternoon. Every model ships with that promise tested across multiple window types, framing materials, and climate conditions.

SWB bars are developed and field-fitted in-house before release, with particular attention to non-standard openings that fixed-width bars cannot cover.
